Southwest/Broadmoor Area (S/W, 80910, 80916, & 80909) Located at the foot of Cheyenne Mountain, this area is home to the prestigious five star five diamond Broadmoor Hotel. Old Colorado City is rich in history as the oldest area in Colorado Springs. Old Colorado City extends west from I-25 to Manitou Springs. The area is home too many small boutiques shops and restaurants, and is a popular local tourist attraction.
