Briargate

Briargate (Pine Creek, Cordera) is located in the North end of Colorado Springs and just East of the Air Force Academy. Briargate is a planned 10,000 acre community which is also one of the fastest growing communities in northeastern Colorado Springs.

Briargate boasts neighborhoods with great locations that are close to shopping, dinning, new hospitals and heath facilities. Many Briargate neighborhoods experience outstanding views of Pikes Peak and the Front Range Mountains. Briargate neighborhoods provide pleasant living cul-de-sac communities offering limited road access and defined by perimeter fencing.

New Briargate neighborhoods like Pine Creek and Cordera offer both new build construction homes as well as resale homes. Pine Creek is a public golf course community that offers distinct and unique Craftsman, Spanish Eclectic, European Cottage, and Prairie style homes. Pine Creek home prices can vary widely from the $300,000's to the upper $1.0 Million for luxury custom built homes. Broadmoor

Southwest/Broadmoor Area (S/W, 80910, 80916, & 80909) Located at the foot of Cheyenne Mountain, this area is home to the prestigious five star five diamond Broadmoor Hotel. Featuring a diverse mix of housing opportunities, from the opulent Old Broadmoor and Broadmoor Resort Community to the eclectic character and charm of Cheyenne Canon and Ivywild. Long-standing million dollar estates mix with new homes along the foothills and slopes of Cheyenne Mountain, establishing this as the most elite area of town.

Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and Will Rogers Shrine of the Sun are perched atop this area and snake through the mountainside offering awesome city views. Seven Falls, located just beyond the Broadmoor Hotel, is a natural wonder.

Drive right up to the falls, or if you are more adventurous, hike up Cutler Trail to get a more private view.

Central

Central - (CEN, 80907, 80908 & 80909) This area is a large section of the city that includes the downtown business district. Homes range from ranch style 1950's style homes to turn-of-the-century Victorian mansions.

Downtown includes a wide variety of turn-of-the-century Victorian mansions. Downtown includes a variety of shops, parks, theaters and restaurants. Colorado College occupies a large portion of downtowns prestigious Old North End.

East

East (EAS, 80909, 80915 & 80917) This area is typically hilly with well-established neighborhoods built mostly in the 70's and 80's featuring larger suburban lots with mature trees and some nice views. This area is close to schools, parks, shopping and hospitals.

Northeast

Northeast - (University Park, St Andrews, Vista Grande, Garden Ranch, Norwood) Located in the heart of Colorado Springs the Northeastern part of town is home of many neighborhoods where you will find both new homes as well as older homes; it would be considered one of our most affordable areas in the North part of town.

With convenient access to Academy Blvd and Powers Blvd, the area is North centrally located and close to many shopping, entertainment, and dinning options that the Academy Blvd. corridor offers. The area is also home of the beautiful Pulpit Rock Park and northern section of Palmer Park presenting outstanding hiking, biking, and picnic opportunities with fantastic views of the city and the Front Range Mountains. Notable luxury homes can be found in the neighborhoods of University Park and St. Andrews. The NE area includes a wide range of homes from older more affordable homes to new luxury homes. Home sizes and lot sizes also vary widely with many areas offering large treed lots with views. University Park and St Andrews offer upscale living in luxury homes at the heart of the city. Old Colorado City

Old Colorado City is rich in history as the oldest area in Colorado Springs. Old Colorado City extends west from I-25 to Manitou Springs. The area is home too many small boutiques shops and restaurants, and is a popular local tourist attraction. Homes in the area consist of apartments, condos, town houses, as well as single family homes. The majority of homes near the center of Old Colorado City are older homes built on small lots. Newer, larger homes can be found in a few of the neighborhoods surrounding Old Colorado City.

This is the oldest part of Colorado Springs. Originally the territorial seat for the state of Colorado, this area is steeped in history. Much like Manitou Springs this area is a favorite destination for tourists featuring many shops and boutiques.
