You can choose to work with many agents and it will cost you nothing out of your pocket. The question you want to ask your self is 'What does it cost me to work with an agent who does not have 20 years of experience?' The truth is it could cost you THOUSANDS of dollars IF YOU DON'T!!!

What about the inspection? How many homes has your agent built? Have you talked about soil conditions? How many soils reports has your agent read and built homes with? Why did your agent pick the inspector they picked, because they don't “cause problems”? My inspector is called the “deal breaker” because he is extremely thorough, that is who we want. Most inspectors do not even own a gas leak detector or carbon monoxide detector!! Do you want to put your family in a home with furnace problems, I don't.
Are you building a new home? I have built many homes; has your agent? How tough is your agent going to be when it is time for the "Punch List"? Builders want a very short list. I want a very detailed list.
Look at three homes with me, then decide if I am the one for you. If you already have a written agreement with your agent, please continue with that relationship, I am a man of integrity and I do not want to interfere with another agent.
